Professor Dr. Abu Naser Zafar Ullah was appointed Vice Chancellor of RTM Al-Kabir Technical University by the Honorable President and Chancellor for a four-year term, joining office on 15 January 2023. Under his leadership, the university continues to strengthen its academic programs, research culture, and industry partnerships in service of its students and the wider community.

Treasurer
Professor Momtaz Shamim was appointed Treasurer of RTM Al-Kabir Technical University on 1 September 2021 for a four-year term, bringing decades of academic and administrative leadership to the university's financial governance.
He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sylhet, and brings more than 30 years of teaching and administrative experience, including work with the UNESCO National Commission of Bangladesh.
